§01
Scope of this summary

Customer data and materials
Customer-provided carrier records, contracts, device lists, serial identifiers, condition or grading records, MDM enrollment records, shipping details, support tickets, and lifecycle records are treated as customer confidential material when shared for scoping or service delivery.
- Access should be limited to authorized ConneXions personnel and approved service providers involved in the requested work.
- Records should be retained according to customer agreements, operational need, support lifecycle, and legal requirements.
- Customer agreements may define additional security, return, deletion, or evidence obligations.
§04
Carrier, OEM, and partner materials
Carrier, OEM, MDM, logistics, repair, recycling, and buyback names or materials are referenced only to describe services, integrations, or operational workflows. Trademarks and third-party materials belong to their respective owners.
§05
Service commitments
Public website descriptions are not binding service levels, quotes, warranties, or delivery commitments. Customer-specific commitments are documented in written agreements and may depend on carrier availability, device supply, MDM access, shipping constraints, site readiness, and customer approvals.
§06
