  1. §01

    Website use

    The site is provided for informational purposes related to wireless deployment, procurement, carrier consultation, staging, quality grading, kitting, lifecycle support, and related business services. You may use the site to learn about ConneXions, read materials, and submit legitimate business inquiries.

    • Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, scrape at scale, reverse engineer, or misuse the site.
    • Do not submit unlawful, misleading, confidential third-party, or malicious content.
    • Do not use the site to impersonate another person or organization.

  2. §02

    Inquiries and submissions

    When you submit a form or contact request, you represent that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to share it. Submitting an inquiry does not create a customer relationship, service commitment, quote, or exclusivity obligation.

  3. §03

    Customer agreements control

    Website content is general information. Actual services, pricing, service levels, security responsibilities, data processing terms, carrier obligations, warranties, and liability terms are controlled by a signed master services agreement, statement of work, order form, or other written agreement.

  4. §04

    Operational data and customer materials

    If you share carrier invoices, CDR exports, contracts, device lists, condition or grading records, MDM data, site lists, shipping information, or similar materials, you remain responsible for having the rights and approvals needed to provide them. ConneXions uses those materials to evaluate, scope, or perform the requested work.

  5. §05

    Third-party services

    Wireless programs often involve carriers, OEMs, certified pre-owned or refurbishment providers, MDM providers, logistics providers, support partners, repair vendors, recyclers, and buyback partners. Their products, services, networks, portals, shipment systems, and terms remain controlled by those third parties unless a written ConneXions agreement says otherwise.

  6. §06

    Intellectual property

    The ConneXions name, site design, copy, visuals, generated assets, and service descriptions are owned by ConneXions or used with permission. Third-party names, carrier names, OEM names, product names, and logos belong to their respective owners.

  7. §07

    No professional or legal advice

    Website materials are practical business information, not legal, tax, accounting, procurement, security, or technical advice for your specific organization. You should review any carrier, privacy, security, procurement, or legal decision with your own advisors.

  8. §08

    Disclaimers and limitations

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and informational content are provided as-is and as-available. ConneXions does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that public website materials will fit a particular operational need.

  9. §09

    Updates

    We may update these terms as the site, services, or legal requirements change. The updated date above reflects the current public version.
