How ConneXions collects, uses, protects, and retains information connected to website visitors, deployment inquiries, and early rollout planning.
§01
Scope
This policy covers information collected through the ConneXions website, inquiry forms, scoping conversations, and early sales or rollout planning exchanges. Customer production services may be governed by a separate master services agreement, statement of work, data processing terms, or security addendum.
§02

- Inquiry details such as device counts, new or CPO mix, grade targets, sites, carrier mix, timing, support needs, and rollout constraints.
- Customer-provided operational files such as carrier invoices, CDR exports, rate cards, contracts, kit rules, and deployment spreadsheets when shared for scoping.

- Basic website usage signals such as pages requested, browser type, approximate region, form errors, and security logs.
§03
How information is used
We use information to operate the website, respond to inquiries, scope engagements, build carrier and deployment recommendations, coordinate staging and kitting work, and maintain records needed for customer support and compliance.
- Prepare carrier audits, cost models, renewal recommendations, and rollout plans.
- Coordinate device procurement, intake, quality grading, SIM pairing, MDM enrollment, kit builds, shipment waves, returns, swaps, certified wipe, and buyback workflows.
- Communicate with the customer contact, authorized carrier or OEM contacts, logistics providers, MDM/support partners, and other vendors involved in the requested work.
- Protect the website and business systems from abuse, fraud, spam, and operational disruption.
§04
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only when needed to operate the website, respond to a request, deliver a customer engagement, comply with law, protect rights, or work with service providers under appropriate restrictions.
- Carrier, OEM, MDM, logistics, support, repair, recycling, and buyback partners when they are part of the requested workflow.
- Business service providers such as hosting, email, form handling, analytics, security, CRM, professional advisors, and compliance support.

§05
Security and retention
We use administrative, technical, and operational safeguards appropriate to the information and the service context. Retention depends on the record type, customer agreement, operational need, legal requirement, and support lifecycle.
- Customer deployment records are retained while needed for rollout support, audit trails, lifecycle service, dispute handling, billing support, or contract obligations.
- Website inquiry records are retained while the opportunity is active and for a reasonable business record period afterward.
- Security and server logs are retained for troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and operational integrity.
§06
Choices and requests
Requests to access, correct, delete, or limit use of information can be sent to sales@connexionssolutions.com. We may need to verify the request and may retain information when required for legal, security, billing, dispute, or customer-service obligations.
§07

We update this policy when our website, services, data practices, or legal obligations change. The updated date above reflects the current public version.
